I'm off to another session of yoga.
Time to sweat some impurities, gain flexibility and strength, and spend some time in meditation.
I couldn’t listen to ocean waves for 2 minutes, but I couldn stand in tree pose, hands over heart, and listen to my breathing all day.
I'm blessed beyond what I deserve.
Enough said.

I got into doing yoga my freshman year in college because we had the “FitTv” channel in the lounge on my floor.

My spaghetti even started at 8pm.
two boxes of whole wheat pasta, two jars of spaghetti sauce (one meat one veggie), two bags of meatballs, two baguettes of garlic bread, two …thingies of cookie dough, and 35 minutes later, I fed 16 people and there’s no more food left :)

In light of my post a few days ago, today is...
I had one of the best weekends a girl could ever ask for. No partying, no clubs, no belligerent drunkenness. Just me and my love, the bed covers, and a movie. He even got my flowers (tulips!!) and served me breakfast, lunch, and dinner in bed.
