Spaghetti Squash!
Cut it in half, cook it cut-side down in the oven at 375 for an hour, then flip the halves over and cook for another 15 or so. When they’re cool enough to handle, scrape out the insides with a fork and it’ll come out in little strands. I use it like I use spaghetti, so just some herbs and olive oil or any sauce you like :)
