Envisioned by studio Schola Architecture, the project currently integrates sustainable strategies, such as solar orientation, deep overhangs, operable glass and the use of renewable building materials. 

this is really beautiful, but Idk if I could live in a place like this - that’s a lot of cleaning to do.
